Compliance and risk manager Location: Vibhavadi Rangsit Road Report to: Senior General Manager An exciting Compliance and risk manager job has just become available at one of the most respected automotive parts manufacturer based in the north of Bangkok.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide and implement company’s compliance internal policies and company’s regulation.
• Manage the whistleblowing system and participate in fraud investigations.
• Provide advice to other divisions on regulatory compliance and business integrity as well as the company's regulations.
• Create awareness and understanding of the compliance culture across the organization.
• Prepare reports of implementation and monitoring of compliance.
• Closely work and regularly share best practices with the regional colleagues.
• Support the ERM program by working closely with regional and local stakeholders to establish and socialize the ERM Framework.
• Support other functions to identify key enterprise risks and drive the development of risk response strategies to support and protect the execution of our local, regional and global strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in corporate compliance.
• Excellent command in English
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizations skills.
• Possess a driving license.
• Good computer literacy (MS - Word, MS - Powerpoint, and etc.).
