About the Compliance Officer Role:
In this role, you will develops, implements, administers and certifies compliance policies, procedures, and practices. You will enjoy competitive base salary with attractive bonus and annual leave for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compliance cases and provide efficient compliance tools
- Ensure that all important legal documents, board’s resolution and any authorised documents are accurately processed in compliance with law and regulation
- Monitor and ensure that all litigation and arbitration of company are executed in a lawful and most efficiently manner enhancing optimum benefit to the group
- Develops employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of law, rules and regulation which impact to business
- Provides compliance advice, investigates complaints and verifies deficiencies are corrected
- Enforces Personal Data Protection Law
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent academic background with a law degree or relating field
- Three to five years’ work experience
- Experienced in compliance works and PDPA
- Fluent in English and Thai (both read/write)
- Possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills necessary to establish quickly credibility and trust throughout the organisation
- Proactive with ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment
