An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretary Manager to join a well-established organisation in central Bangkok with convenient BTS and MRT access. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth board and shareholder operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with regulatory bodies. What you’ll do

In this role, you will oversee core company secretarial responsibilities that support effective governance. This includes preparing meeting materials, maintaining corporate records, coordinating with regulators, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. You will also support senior stakeholders through clear communication and well-organised processes.

• Prepare and distribute documents for Board of Directors and shareholder meetings
• Maintain and safeguard key corporate records, including statutory documents and reports
• Liaise with external parties such as DBD, SET, SEC, and legal advisors
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory filings and disclosures
• Organise meetings including AGM, EGM, BOD, and committee sessions
• Record and maintain clear and accurate meeting minutes
• Communicate effectively with board members on governance matters
• Manage submissions to relevant authorities
• Keep all company records updated to ensure transparency and compliance

What you bring

You will bring solid experience in company secretarial or governance roles, along with strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in company secretarial or governance roles
• Strong ability to prepare meeting materials and manage documentation
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Strong coordination, time management, and attention to detail
