What you'll do:

  • Draft and review a wide range of contracts while supporting negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favourable terms for the organisation.
  • Provide comprehensive legal support for new investments, funding activities, and assist in resolving complex issues such as bad debts or serious claims.
  • Monitor changes in the Thai legal system, gather relevant information, and communicate updates effectively to executives and employees through organised training sessions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key contacts at relevant authorities and law firms to facilitate smooth legal operations and compliance.
  • Support internal control processes by participating in corporate planning activities as required by business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and provide guidance on contract management, PDPA compliance, labour law matters, and factory regulations.
  • Assist in developing policies that align with current legal standards while promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Contribute to risk management strategies by identifying potential legal risks and recommending practical solutions for mitigation.
  • Participate in special projects or assignments related to legal affairs as directed by senior management, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to organisational goals.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law is essential for understanding complex legal frameworks within the manufacturing sector.
  • Holding a valid lawyer license.
  • Fluency in English communication enables you to interact effectively with international colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams ensures successful project outcomes through collaboration.
  • at least 5 PQE in contract management, PDPA compliance, corporate law, commercial law, labour law, reviewing legal documents/contracts/factory rules or similar roles equips you for this multifaceted position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs along with IT tools and AI functions supports efficient workflow management.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Bangkok and Udon Thani province.
