Legal & Compliance Manager

Legal and Compliance Manager Location: Bangkok CBD (with hybrid working arrangement) Report to: Regional Legal and Compliance Director This global food and beverage company is seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager to join their team in Bangkok. Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, and overseeing essential business agreements.
• Applying, executing, and ensuring adherence to corporate compliance policies, guidelines, audit compliance policy, and legal & compliance risk management.
• Recognizing potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks and devising and executing plans to address them.
• Conducting assessments to evaluate compliance and risk levels.
• Managing legal process systems, such as contracts management policy, CVM, and compliance approvals.
• Managing reporting on corporate and litigation matters to headquarters, handling company secretarial affairs, and offering guidance on local corporate law regulations to promote robust internal governance.

To perform in this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty adequately with the excellent interpersonal skill and strong legal knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in law or higher.
• Has at least 5 years of experience working in a law firm or as an in-house counsel in FMCG industry.
• Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and can effectively handle complex projects.
• Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough follow-through and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient in organizing and systematically filing documents.
• Possesses a fundamental understanding of PDPA law.
