Associate - Real Estate and Property Location: Bangkok CBD Report to: Partner An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned legal professional with a focus on real estate and property within one of the most respected global law firms.

Reporting directly to a Partner, this position is ideal for an individual who is knowledgeable in their field and looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide legal advice on real estate investment laws, business establishment, operations, and corporate compliance matters in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on real estate investment laws, business establishment, operations, and corporate compliance matters in Thailand.
• Review and provide comments on various contracts including construction contracts, lease agreements, sale and purchase contracts, hotel management agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholders' agreements.
• Liaise with governmental agencies for any land issues, application preparation, follow-up documents.
• Review applications and supporting documents for submission to relevant governmental agencies.
• Conduct research and investigations with governmental agencies on corporate and compliance matters related to real estate.
• Provide general legal assistance to other lawyers and teams.

Key Requirements:

• Graduated bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
• Thai Lawyer License is preferable.
• At least 5-10 years of experiences in-house legal departments or reputable law firm
• Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to client service
• Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem solving.
• Very good command in English both writing and speaking.
