Legal Manager

Legal Manager Location: Bangkok CBD Report to: Head of Legal This real estate company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business operations.

As a Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all legal aspects. Your knowledge of real estate and property laws will be invaluable as you keep abreast of changes that affect the company's business. Collaborating with senior management teams will be key as you work together to provide solutions for any arising legal issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, revise, advise, and supervise all commercial agreements on behalf of the Company
• Keep abreast of changes to all Thai laws related to the Company’s business and provide timely updates to the senior management team
• Provide accurate legal advice, guidance and consultation to senior management and the Company’s partners on Thai law
• Review and advise on documents to ensure they comply with company policies, corporate governance, and applicable laws and regulations
• Manage, control, and ensure the systematic management and organization of legal documents
• Work and collaborate with the senior management team to analyse and provide timely solutions to any legal issues that may arise from the Company’s current and future business operations

Your ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• At least 5 – 7 years of significant legal experience in corporate Law
• Excellent command of English, both writing and speaking
• Proficient in computer skills
• Capable of working independently
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
