Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel Location: Bangkok CBD Report to: Legal Manager

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in Bangkok CBD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide legal advice and support on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, and to manage the legal risks faced by the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on various matters.
• Review contracts with vendors and oversee software sales and maintenance services.
• Revise PDPA policy and provide relevant training.
• Manage ad hoc legal tasks as required.
• Assist with vendor registration processes.
• Maintain good time management to handle workload effectively.

The ideal candidate for this Legal Counsel position will bring strong contract reviews, particularly in relation to software sales and maintenance services. Experience with PDPA policy revision and training provision is essential. Your excellent time management skills will enable you to handle your workload efficiently, while your commitment to ongoing professional development will ensure you stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; candidates with a Master's degree will be given consideration
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a legal position
• Proficiency in Thai and English languages
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of overall perspective, principle, service and team spirit
• High level of responsibility, clear thinking, strong logic, and ability to draft distinctive documents
• Licensed Thai lawyer (Optional but favourable)
