Legal Supervisor

Legal Supervisor Location: Ocean Tower 2 Report to: Management team

We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal Supervisor to join their team based in the heart of Bangkok CBD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to resolve legal disputes, manage related issues, and ensure the completion of various legal operations within a reputable food manufacturing company. The successful candidate will have the chance to provide legal support across various departments, propose plans to protect the company's rights and benefits, and play a key role in shaping the company's legal landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to various departments within the company and propose plans to protect the company's legal rights and benefits.
• Resolve legal disputes on behalf of the company and manage related issues, such as labour protect issue, arbitration proceedings, intellectual property law matters.
• Ensure completion of various legal operations of the company, including legal risk mitigation, contract management
• Draft, review, and revise various contracts and other legal documents and provide legal opinions.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors to completion.

To perform in this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty adequately with the excellent interpersonal skill and strong legal knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; candidates with a Master's degree will be given consideration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal position
• Proficiency in Thai and English languages
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of overall perspective, principle, service and team spirit
• High level of responsibility, clear thinking, strong logic, and ability to draft distinctive documents
• Licensed Thai lawyer (Optional but favourable)
