Legal & Compliance Director

Legal and Compliance Director Location: Bangkok, Rangsit

We are seeking a seasoned Legal and Compliance Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the legal strategies of a dynamic organisation, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and good governance policies. The successful candidate will have the chance to foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the organisation, while developing staff to ensure efficient performance.

The ideal candidate for this role brings a wealth of experience in legal practice, specifically within companies listed on the stock exchange (IPO). With at least 15 years under your belt, you possess expertise in corporate governance and risk management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement legal strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Draft legal documents, negotiating contracts, managing disputes.
• Provide legal advice to senior management.
• Supervise and coordinate with the legal and compliance team.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organisation.
• Develop policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Promote adherence to laws and governance within the organisation.
• Develop staff for efficient performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• Experience working in listed company.
• At least 15 years of experience in legal practice.
• Expertise in corporate governance and risk management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
