Senior Lawyer/ Legal Manager

An expanding clean energy company is looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer/ Legal Manager (x1 vacancy) in Bangkok to take on a newly created role.

About the Senior Lawyer/ Legal Manager Role:

You will be supporting contract review, corporate matters, and controlling business licenses and permits of holding company and its subsidiaries. You will provide legal advice to crossed functions and ensure timeline of required document submission. You will enjoy competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle corporate documents and review commercial contracts
• To liaise with other functions and provide legal advice on various matters
• To monitor business licenses and permits to ensure compliance
• To liaise with external parties e.g. law firms, relevant government authorities, and handle legal matters
• To support litigation documentation of holding company and its subsidiaries
• To keep track on new laws and regulations relating to company’s business

To succeed in this role, you must have confidence to work with high-level managements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in laws
• Minimum four years of legal experiences in corporate law, contract review
• Experiences in energy sector is preferred, but not a must
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritisation
• Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written
