Senior Legal Manager

An exciting Senior Legal Manager (x1 vacancy) job has recently become available at a global luxury vehicle manufacturer based in Bangkok.

About the Senior Legal Manager Role:

In this role, you will provide day-to-day legal consultation on business operation as well as for strategical and tactical projects and initiatives. You will enjoy competitive base salary with bonus and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and advises on a wide range of contracts and legal documents, ensure the company’s legal rights and interests are protected and to minimise legal risks
• Be a key person for legal matters and builds strong relationships between the legal team and other division including update laws and regulation to concerned division
• Supports stakeholder on negotiations of legal issue and legal documents both with business partner and public authorities
• Manage the company secretarial works including the meeting arrangements and corporate registrations.
• Consult with external lawyers to manage litigation case
• Investigate and audit (internal & external) where relevant to the legal function, as and when the need arises.
• Drafts and reviews internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and global policies as well as provides training to staffs
• Working closely with regional legal team to provide legal team monthly reports

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher
• Obtained Lawyer license
• Minimum five years’ experience in in-house legal department and/or reputation law firms
• Experience in multinational companies or automobile industry is preferable
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Good relationship-building skills and able to coordinate works
