Our client is a global leader in insurance and risk advisory services, operating around the globe. They are seeking a Regional Insurance M&A Lawyer to join their team based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Insurance M&A Lawyer, your role will be multifaceted. You will become an expert on various transactional risk insurance solutions, providing invaluable advice to clients on their availability and appropriateness.

* Become an expert on various transactional risk insurance solutions

* Provide advice on the availability and appropriateness of such solutions

* Execute the insurance marketing and placement for our clients

* Support local and regional teams in building strong relationships with private equity and corporate clients

* Develop and maintain good personal relationships with insurers’ underwriters

* Participate in relevant business development initiatives

What you bring:

As a Regional Insurance M&A Lawyer, you bring substantial experience from your time practicing in a reputable law firm. Your expertise in corporate and M&A work will be invaluable in this role.

* Tertiary qualifications and minimum 4-5 years’ PQE practicing in a reputable local law firm

* Substantial prior experience in corporate and M&A work

* Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
