Head of Legal

Head of Legal Location: BTS, hybrid working Report to: Head of Legal and compliance This leasing company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Legal to join their Senior Management Team. This role offers the opportunity to provide broad-ranging corporate and business advice, ensuring all products and services can be operated without legal concern.

You will represent as legal counsel in all aspects, from establishment to operation, covering both front end and back-end activities. With your expertise, you will handle all business and legal complaints, providing innovative solutions to enforcement issues and maintaining good corporate governance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Join the Senior Management Team of the company
• Provide a broad range of corporate and business advice to ensure that all products and services can be legally operated
• Represent as legal counsel in all aspects such as an establishment of the enterprise and its operation
• Counsel businesses in connection with their ongoing contractual relationships with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and distributors
• Represent the Company in handling all business and legal complaints made by public or private sectors
• Provide options for solutions to enforcement issues
• Advise business in connection with laws and maintain the enforcement of good corporate governance

Key Requirements:

• Graduated with a Master of Laws from an oversea reputational university is preferable
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skill in both Thai and English
• Significant experience in a leadership/ management role within a corporate legal department
• Good decision-making skills and the ability to function well under stress
• Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
• General business management acumen
