An exciting Senior Sales Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global Financial Software firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales APAC, this is a role for a salesperson who is a leader in their field.
About the Senior Sales Manager - Banking Software Role:
Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will lead all accounts sales activities and manage teams to drive revenue. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be in charge of working on the main accounts and breaking open new prospects.
The salary range for this role is THB 120K - 180K per month + OTE, insurances, bonus, provident fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships
- Solicits and maintains network of prospects
- Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted products and/or services
- Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence
- Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilising the company's resources and tools
- Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and the company's ability to deliver; utilises appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialised product sales expertise
- Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Meets sales goals and objectives
- Other related duties assigned as needed
To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of Banking sector and applications thereof.
Key Requirements:
- Thai Nationality
- Good understanding of financial services software solutions
- General knowledge of treasury, financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems and applications
- Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Requires solid decision-making and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
- Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
- Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
- Travel is required
