As Head of Talent Acquisition in Bangkok, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s workforce by leading a talented team responsible for full life-cycle recruiting across diverse business areas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with HR partners and senior leaders to develop strategic recruiting plans tailored to evolving business needs. You will manage high-volume recruitment, tech & corporate recruitment. By leveraging innovative sourcing techniques such as social media outreach, job fairs, networking events, and advanced ATS systems, you will build pools of highly qualified candidates ready to meet organisational demands. Additionally, you will champion employer branding initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.

* Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes for both corporate functions and new business opportunities, ensuring timely and effective recruitment strategies are implemented across all levels.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruiting plans that address short-term and long-term talent needs.
* Act as the primary talent partner for senior-level and confidential positions, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates against job specifications, and negotiating final offers.
* Build strong cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between recruitment activities and organisational goals.
* Maintain the integrity of data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal procedures while producing accurate new hire paperwork and offer letters.
* Utilise innovative sourcing methods including job board advertising, social media platforms, professional networks, job fairs, teleconferencing, LinkedIn Recruiting tools, and data mining technologies to build robust talent pipelines.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and success criteria through detailed reports that demonstrate return on investment (ROI) using both quantitative and qualitative measures.
What you bring:
The ideal Head of Talent Acquisition brings extensive experience from high-volume recruitment settings along with deep expertise in full life-cycle recruiting. Your proven ability to manage teams ensures collaborative outcomes that align with organisational objectives. You possess advanced skills in sourcing candidates through multiple channels—ranging from digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiting tools to traditional methods such as job fairs—and are comfortable navigating complex applicant tracking systems.
Your strong interpersonal abilities allow you to nurture relationships across departments while maintaining strict confidentiality throughout sensitive negotiations. Your business acumen enables you to interpret workforce analytics effectively so you can advise stakeholders on emerging staffing trends.
* At least 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields with significant exposure to high-volume recruitment environments; minimum 7 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting is essential.
* Proven track record managing Talent Acquisition Teams with demonstrated ability to inspire collaboration among team members.
* Experience utilising diverse recruiting sources including Internet platforms, social media channels, employee referrals programmes, professional networks, job fairs, college career fairs, open house events and advertisements.
* Expertise in skill assessment tools and competency-based interview models that support fair selection processes aligned with organisational policies.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills enabling you to develop dependable relationships across all functional areas within the organisation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills complemented by excellent presentation abilities; adept at curating story-driven content for HR communications across multiple channels.
* Exceptional business acumen combined with sound judgement; capacity to influence without authority within dynamic environments marked by ambiguity.
