By leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems and your strategic approach to talent acquisition, you will help shape the company’s workforce while promoting best practices in diversity and inclusion. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive candidate experience and supporting the organisation’s long-term growth objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with external partners such as universities, technical institutes, and recruitment agencies to expand the talent pool and promote employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews in English, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit to ensure long-term success for new hires within the organisation.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions between stakeholders, and provide timely updates to all parties involved throughout the selection process.
  • Champion best practices in diversity and inclusion by proactively sourcing candidates from under-represented groups and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.

Your excellent communication abilities—especially in English—allow you to engage confidently with candidates from diverse backgrounds as well as internal stakeholders. A collaborative spirit is essential; you thrive when working together towards shared goals while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across multiple projects. Your commitment to inclusivity ensures fair access for all candidates while supporting broader organisational values.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset that enables effective partnership with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
  • Strong command of English language skills—both written and spoken—to conduct interviews and communicate professionally at all levels.
  • A result-oriented approach combined with attention to detail when handling multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employer branding techniques and experience building relationships with educational institutions or recruitment agencies is highly desirable.
