As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will play a pivotal part in shaping recruitment processes, enhancing onboarding experiences, and supporting learning initiatives across multiple markets. The organisation offers a supportive culture where your expertise will be valued, your ideas welcomed, and your professional growth encouraged. If you are looking for a position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a flexible working environment, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

  • Play a key role in shaping talent acquisition and learning strategies across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the organisation attracts and develops top talent to meet ambitious business goals.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Benefit from opportunities to work closely with senior leadership, influence regional HR practices, and contribute to organisational growth while developing your own skills through exposure to international best practices.

What you'll do:

As the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Partner EMEA & APAC, you will immerse yourself in a varied role that blends strategic planning with practical execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish—partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring every hire is set up for success. You will also take ownership of onboarding processes across different countries, making sure every new team member feels welcomed and supported as they transition into their roles. Beyond recruitment, you will collaborate on learning initiatives—identifying training needs regionally, coordinating workshops or online sessions, tracking engagement levels, and helping embed global L&D standards locally. Success in this position means building trusted relationships at all levels of the business while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Your ability to connect people across cultures will help foster an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions spanning multiple functions and markets within EMEA and APAC, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, prepare comprehensive job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each market.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using both direct channels and external recruitment partners to build robust pipelines for critical roles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and other talent partners to ensure efficient resourcing aligned with organisational needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with valuable market insights, benchmarking data, and process guidance to support informed decision-making throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal recruitment policies, systems usage, and reporting requirements to maintain consistency across all regions.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires across EMEA and APAC by coordinating with local teams to provide timely access to systems, tools, and orientation materials.
  • Support the integration of new associates into company culture by promoting understanding of policies, values, and role expectations.
  • Assist in implementing learning and development initiatives by identifying regional training needs in collaboration with managers.
  • Coordinate delivery of training programmes and workshops while tracking participation rates and measuring effectiveness of L&D activities.

What you bring:

To excel as the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Partner EMEA & APAC you will bring proven experience navigating complex international recruitment landscapes—balancing cultural nuances while maintaining consistent standards. Your educational background provides a solid foundation for understanding HR principles while your hands-on experience equips you to manage full-cycle hiring processes confidently. You are adept at building rapport with stakeholders at all levels—from local managers to senior executives—and have honed your ability to communicate clearly across language barriers. Your familiarity with digital HR tools ensures efficiency while your attention to detail guarantees compliance. Experience supporting L&D activities allows you to identify skill gaps quickly and coordinate impactful training solutions. Above all else you are collaborative by nature—valuing teamwork over individual achievement—and thrive when connecting people from different backgrounds towards shared goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
  • At least five years’ experience managing talent acquisition within an international or regional context is essential for success.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle recruitment across various geographies and functional areas is highly valued.
  • Experience working effectively with external recruitment partners such as agencies or consultants is important for this role.
  • Previous involvement in supporting learning and development programmes—including design, delivery or coordination—is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with global HR systems as well as proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is expected.
  • A background in industries involving physical products or manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong stakeholder management abilities are crucial for building trust across regions.
  • Business-level English language proficiency is required; additional European or Asian languages would be considered an asset.
