What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll be scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate information, and building relationships with potential candidates. Your role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure we attract the best talent. This position requires someone who is dependable, knowledgeable about recruitment processes, and committed to providing an excellent candidate experience.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within our applicant tracking system
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and create talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting

What you bring:

The ideal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will bring proven experience from a similar role within Human Resources or Recruitment.
