Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in their growth strategy. This role will drive strategic talent acquisition and assignment initiatives, contributing to the resolution of company-wide resource issues by providing end-to-end support from project demands understanding to hiring.

What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's short- and long-term business strategies. You will work closely with management and business unit leaders to create hiring plans that meet the needs of the organization. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze hiring data and market trends to maximize the efficiency of the hiring process. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate the selection process for areas of improvement. Your role will also involve developing a recruitment marketing strategy and managing resource allocation based on project demands.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and tactics for new graduates, experienced professionals, and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with management and business unit leaders to develop and report hiring plans, pipelines, KPIs, and action plans.
  • Analyze hiring data, market trends, and competitors to maximize the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Continuously evaluate the selection process for improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a recruitment marketing strategy.
  • Manage allocation of resources based on demand from projects and business units.
  • Develop talent through member management; mentoring and performance management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Manager position is result-driven with strong analytical thinking abilities. You should have proven experience in project management, along with excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively within a team. Your ability to engage different types of stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Business level verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai are required. We are looking for someone with mid-career recruiting experience (5+ years) and team management experience (3+ years). Experience in recruiting for the consulting or IT industry, as well as recruiting branding and marketing experience, would be advantageous.
