What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing start-up. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, from aligning with management on hiring plans to sourcing candidates and coordinating with recruiting agencies. You will also be responsible for managing employment contracts and overseeing the onboarding process. Your role will extend beyond recruitment to encompass all aspects of HR operations, including policy drafting and compliance, improving HR working processes, managing payroll, overseeing performance management processes, and implementing learning & development concepts.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Align with management on yearly hiring plans and adjust as necessary
- Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
- Coordinate and manage relationships with recruiting agencies
- Manage employment contracts and oversee the onboarding process
- Draft, amend, and uphold company policies and ensure compliance
- Build and improve HR working processes
- Manage payroll operations
- Oversee performance management processes
- Implement learning & development concepts
