What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for conducting recruitment processes, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates for each position. Your expertise will also be crucial in providing advice during the recruitment process, evaluating candidates' strengths and weaknesses using various analysis tools. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing employees' competencies through high-quality training programmes tailored to individual or team development plans. Lastly, you will oversee the development and implementation of succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes.

  • Conduct recruitment processes in accordance with company policies and standards to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position
  • Provide advice during recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological/behavioural analysis tools
  • Develop employees’ competencies by providing high quality training program based on individual or team development plan
  • Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from previous roles within Talent Management or Talent Acquisition. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 7-9 years of relevant experience. Your knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices will be invaluable in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities will be put to good use, as will your knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7-9 years experiences as a Talent Management / Talent Acquisition in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
