An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Engagement Senior Manager to join a leading organisation in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior management to develop annual manpower and recruitment plans, manage talent acquisition teams, and implement innovative recruitment processes.

What you'll do:

As a Recruitment and Engagement Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing talent acquisition teams, and ensuring that vacant positions are filled promptly. Your role will also involve working closely with senior management to implement retention programs and establish partnerships with top universities. Additionally, you will manage key programs aimed at nurturing young talent within the organisation. Your ability to prepare detailed reports on various people matters will contribute significantly towards our strategic planning.

  • Work closely with the SVP to develop the annual manpower and recruitment plan
  • Prepare job advertisements for external media and internal job postings
  • Select effective advertising media via online & social media
  • Plan annual recruitment projects & budget
  • Lead and manage Talent Acquisition Team to fill vacant positions
  • Recruit new candidates according to recruitment plan and replacement for vacancies
  • Develop a candidate database and maintain candidate records appropriately
  • Coordinate with heads of function for probationary evaluation of new employees
  • Work closely with GM to implement retention programs
  • Establish MOUs with top universities for building a talent pool of new graduates
  • Manage Young Talent Program and Internship Program
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports on people matters i.e. recruitment/turnover/ headcount control/ exit interview etc.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Recruitment and Engagement Senior Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from the HR field, particularly in recruitment. You will have a strong understanding of various recruitment channels, including online and social media, and will be adept at managing talent acquisition teams. Your ability to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies will be crucial for this role. Experience in establishing partnerships with universities or other educational institutions would be advantageous. Additionally, your strong reporting skills will enable you to prepare detailed reports on various people matters, contributing significantly towards our strategic planning.

  • Direct experiences in recruitment in Logistic , Manufacturing or any related field
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels including online & social media is required
  • Experience in managing talent acquisition teams is necessary
  • Ability to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies is crucial
  • Experience in establishing partnerships with universities or other educational institutions would be advantageous
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports on people matters is needed
