Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their talent acquisition function in Thailand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, manage a high-performing recruitment team, and execute hands-on recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the country.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will lead the Talent Acquisition function in Thailand, supporting strategic planning and implementation of talent acquisition strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment plans to attract top talents, managing the recruitment team, and establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Additionally, you will be at the forefront of promoting a culture of learning within the global TA community. Your role will also involve staying abreast with market trends and best practices in TA, contributing ideas for efficiency and continuous improvement. A key part of your role will be developing an employer branding strategy that positions our client as an employer of choice.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Execute recruitment plans to attract top talents for business units/corporate functions
  • Establish yourself as a trusted talent acquisition partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Promote a culture of learning within the TA community globally
  • Stay current with TA market trends and best practices, contributing ideas to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Plan and execute employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Talent Acquisition role brings extensive experience from a large scale and complex multinational environment. You are proficient in using various sourcing tools, social media recruitment strategies, competency-based behavioural interviews, offer management, and candidate care. Your experience in closing candidates for senior mandates and negotiating complex compensation packages will be crucial in this role. Knowledge in project management and change management will be a strong bonus. Experience using SuccessFactors or related ATS systems is a must. While not mandatory, experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sectors will be highly regarded.
