An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Group Talent Manager to join a dynamic and globally recognised organisation. This role is based in the vibrant city of Bangkok and offers the chance to take full responsibility for Group HQ and senior management recruitment across the globe. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert of the recruitment system, identifying high potential talent across the global group, and training regional HR teams on talent identification, management, and succession planning processes. This role also involves developing employee development programs and deploying those programs, which may include training and other L&D related interventions.

What you'll do:
As a Group Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our global headquarters in Bangkok. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying high potential talent across our global group and nurturing their growth through comprehensive development programmes. You will also work closely with our marketing team to enhance our position as a global employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for global headquarters in Bangkok
* Onboard new hires to ensure an engaging welcome for those joining the team
* Train regional HR teams on talent identification, management, and succession planning processes
* Develop employee development programs and deploy those programs
* Create dashboards, and report on recruitment, L&D, talent metrics
* Work with marketing team to manage employee branding initiatives
* Provide administrative support, including finalising agreements with recruitment companies, managing invoices


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Group Talent Manager role brings a wealth of experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle management with a particular focus on talent acquisition, talent management, and learning & development. You have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for management positions, both within and outside of Thailand. Your expertise in utilising LinkedIn and other professional recruiting platforms to proactively reach out to talent is unparalleled. With a degree in business, HR, or related areas, you are highly IT savvy and eager to further develop these skills within areas such as AI, digital transformation, and HRIS. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

* A minimum of 8 years experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle management (with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, L&D)

* Demonstrated background of successfully recruiting for management positions, both within and outside of Thailand
* Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for talent (including pro-active reach outs) through LinkedIn and other professional recruiting platforms
* A degree in business, HR, or related areas
* * Excellent English, both verbal and written (TOEIC 900, IELTS 8.0 and above as a guide)
