What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support our client's growth and success. You will develop effective talent acquisition strategies, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives will be crucial in attracting candidates who possess the skills required to support the business's growth. You will also prioritise delivering a positive candidate experience, enhancing the employer brand to attract candidates who align with the organisation's values and culture.

  • Attract and hire highly qualified candidates for various positions within the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with the People Operations Lead and Head of Departments to understand specific talent needs and priorities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring:

The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager will bring extensive experience from the start-up tech company and insurance industry. You will have strong analytical abilities, enabling you to track recruitment metrics effectively and make data-driven decisions. Your excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. A can-do attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to embrace challenges are also key to success in this role.

  • Thai nationality is required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is essential
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in the start-up tech company and insurance industry
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to track recruitment metrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can-do attitude, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to embrace challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
