About Talent Acquisition Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for full spectrum of recruitment. Moreover, you will look after the issue of employee’s retention; turn over rate. You will enjoy group insurance and bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible of full scopes of talent acquisition from Shop Operator to Management including analysing the related information to set up appropriate company manpower workforce plan in line with company’s overall strategy to meet business requirements
• Design own strategy and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytically and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

To be succeed the role, you need to have can-do attitude mindset , work closely with each HR Manager to analyse the gap and find the way to improve.

Key Requirements:

• Thai Nationality
• Experience of recruitment skill in retail business
• Fluency in English
• Experience in global or working with multi-national company
