As a result of ongoing and continued successes in Bangkok, Thailand, this global consulting firm is recruiting Talent Acquisition (x1 vacancy) to join their division based in Thailand.
About TA Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, TA responsibilities for end to end recruitment include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, manage pipeline and identifying high-potential candidates. You will enjoy base salary with provident fund + group insurance + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Develop a network of potential future hires
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- At least three years ++ experiences in recruitment field in IT or consulting firm
- Able to communicate in English
