Fleet Recruitment Manager - Logistic

A global lead company is looking for Fleet Recruitment Manager (x1 vacancy), reporting to Fleet Manager. Main responsibility is creating strategic to achieve the goal, end-to-end recruitment with dynamic culture.

About the Fleet Recruitment Role:

In this role, you will focus in end-to-end recruitment for fleet operation in many hubs. The salary range for this role is THB150k - 170k per month + provident fund + allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Create recruitment strategic to fill headcount on time
• Manpower & workforce planning
• End to end recruitment for fleet operation
• Deal with outsourcing company for contractor, temporary staff
• Work closely with Fleet Manager to understand business direction and need
• Drive recruitment team to maximise productivity and efficiency

To succeed the role, you have to create strategic to fill headcount on time including generate idea to decrease turnover.

Key Requirements:

• Recruitment experiences in logistic
• Experience in handling blue collar is an advantage
• Working experience of multiple human resource disciplines, including organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and local employment laws.
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
• Able to prioritise and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
