Recruitment Manager - Retails

A global retailer is looking for a Recruitment Manager (x1 vacancy) in Thailand to take on a newly created role. In this job, you will work in end-to-end recruitment for variety type of contract.

About the Recruitment Manager Role:

Due to excellent results and future expansion for new business plans, the Recruitment Manager will play a
key role in the HR team’s continued hiring, analyse issue and work closely with each BU. You will enjoy group insurance and provident fund for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment cycle with strategic and prioritise for permanent, contract condition and outsourcing
• Handle hiring process of subcontractor employment for temporary staff included transferring process to be permanent staff
• Work with OD team to ensure job descriptions/specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions
• Work closely with C&B team for job offering process
• Work closely with other colleague to design employer branding

To be succeed this role, you have to prioritise and planing to achieve of filling headcounts including analyse main issue of turn over. Culture is dynamic, so you have to be pro-active and have can-do attitude mindset.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience of mass recruitment, retail business is highly preferable
• Ability to work multi-task and be able to work under high pressure
• Strong leadership, good analytically, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Able to communicate in English
