An exciting Recruitment Manager (x1 vacancy) job has arisen in a leading insurance firm in Bangkok.

About Recruitment Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for full spectrum of recruitment. Moreover, you will look after the issue of employee’s retention; turn over rate. Also, you are generate your idea to create employer branding as well. You will enjoy group insurance and bonus for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Regional Recruitment & HR Director in full scopes of talent acquisition and promote employer branding including analysing the related information to set up appropriate company manpower workforce plan in line with company’s overall strategy to meet business requirements.
• Design own strategy and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytically and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

To be succeed the role, you need to be flexible and have can-do attitude mindset , work closely with each BU division to analyse the gap and find the way to improve.

Key Requirements:

• Thai Nationality
• Experience of mass recruitment
• At least two years of working experiences in management level
• Fluency in English
• Experience in global or working with multi-national company
• Experience of recruit foreigner or expat
