What you bring:

• 20+ years in HR, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles
• Strong experience in digital, technology, or scaling businesses
• Proven track record in greenfield setup or rapid growth environments
• Deep understanding of technical workforce dynamics and operational environments
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance
• Influential leader with strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
