  • Build strong relationships with unions, government bodies, external legal advisors, regional HR teams, and business leaders to foster a collaborative approach to employee relations.

What you bring:

  • Proven track record of managing intricate employee relations cases from initiation through resolution ensures consistency and fairness throughout all processes.
  • Previous exposure to union negotiations or industrial relations activities is preferred as it enhances your ability to engage constructively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence combined with cultural sensitivity allows you to connect effectively with colleagues from varied backgrounds across the region.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with influencing abilities enable you to present information clearly while building consensus among different groups.
  • Analytical mindset supported by sound judgment equips you to assess situations thoroughly before making recommendations or decisions impacting employees.
