Human Business Partner Manager

Take on a key leadership position guiding a team of HR professionals to deliver strategic support across all business units, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values. Collaborate directly with senior leaders to develop and execute HR programmes that enhance employee experience, foster engagement, and drive long-term business success.

What you'll do:

  • Guide and inspire a team of HR Business Partners as they provide comprehensive HR support and advice to various departments throughout the organisation.
  • Design, implement, and oversee HR programmes, policies, and initiatives that are closely aligned with the company’s objectives while promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to assess talent needs, manage succession planning processes, oversee performance management systems, and facilitate leadership development activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters including employee relations issues, conflict resolution strategies, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving HR processes, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Regularly analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Coach and mentor members of the HRBP team by providing guidance on their professional development journeys and supporting their career progression within the organisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in human resources management, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and relevance of HR strategies.


What you bring:

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience within human resources roles is essential, including no less than 5 years spent managing teams or leading within an HR function.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful HR initiatives within complex or fast-evolving environments is necessary for success in this role.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities are needed to motivate teams effectively while fostering collaboration across different levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinking skills are vital for translating broad business objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable results through people-focused initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills are required for building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels as well as influencing outcomes positively.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach others by providing constructive feedback that supports professional growth within the team is highly valued.
  • Experience managing organisational change projects or process improvements within an HR context will be beneficial for this role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation combined with an awareness of current industry trends ensures compliance and relevance in all activities.
