Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their multinational team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your strong knowledge of labour law and compliance, as well as your ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively.

What you'll do:

As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a harmonious work environment within our client's multinational team. Your primary focus will be on compliance and investigation, resolving any issues that arise, particularly those related to overtime and temporary staff. You will also act as an HR Business Partner, providing support to a diverse team of 300-400 ppl. Your strong understanding of labour laws will be crucial in ensuring that all organisational practices are compliant.

  • Focus on Employee Relations, particularly in areas of compliance and investigation
  • Act as an HR Business Partner, providing support to a team of 300-400 people
