OD Specialist

We are looking for an L&OD Specialist to report directly to the OD Director, based in Pathumthani. The role is responsible for executing talent development programs, designing training, set up competency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and execute OD initiatives aligned with the strategic direction set by the OD Director
• Implement the competency framework and ensure alignment with performance, learning, and talent processes.
• Develop and roll out the organization‑wide training roadmap and support capability‑building initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and collaborate on designing effective learning programs.
• Support implementation of talent management processes such as succession planning and talent reviews.
• Partner with diverse stakeholders, including professionals and doctors, to ensure program alignment and buy‑in.
• Facilitate OD and L&D discussions, workshops, and engagement sessions across functional groups.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, track progress, and report outcomes to the Head of OD.

Key Requirement :

• Experience designing training roadmaps, capability frameworks, and talent development programs.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to translate organizational needs into OD/L&D solutions.
• Project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Thai Nationality due to need to understand Thai Labour Law
