* Play a central role in embedding a strong performance culture and driving accountability through end-to-end performance management frameworks, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Drive organisational design and workforce planning to ensure readiness for growth, clarity of roles, and alignment with business strategy; partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver impactful transformation projects.
What you'll do:
As an Organisation Development Champion based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that span performance management, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and transformation leadership.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and senior leaders to design frameworks that strengthen accountability while rolling out initiatives that foster pride among employees. You will lead surveys to gauge engagement levels and develop actionable plans that embed ACT-driven behaviours into the company’s DNA.
Acting as the Centre of Excellence for Organisation Development means setting standards for best practice while supporting change enablement across all functions. You will manage complex projects requiring stakeholder alignment—ensuring smooth communication channels—and use data analytics to provide strategic recommendations.
* Own and drive end-to-end performance management processes including framework design, governance, rollout, and ongoing enhancement to foster discipline and accountability throughout the organisation.
* Drive organisational effectiveness by overseeing structure design and workforce planning to ensure clarity of roles, capability alignment with strategic objectives, and readiness for future growth.
* Act as the Organisation Development Centre of Excellence by developing standards, tools, frameworks, and partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure robust execution across all functions.
* Lead major OD and transformation projects by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders from multiple departments, enabling change adoption, and ensuring successful project delivery.
* Ensure excellence in execution by coordinating planning activities, communicating effectively across teams, rolling out key OD programmes smoothly, tracking progress meticulously, measuring impact accurately, and reporting outcomes to management.
* Provide strategic insights using data analytics by creating dashboards that inform decision-making processes and offer recommendations for organisational improvements.
* Champion continuous improvement by identifying areas for development within existing OD programmes and implementing enhancements based on feedback from employees and leaders.
What you bring:
To excel as an Organisation Development Champion in Bangkok you will bring proven experience from roles focused on organisation development or performance management within large corporates or consulting firms.
* 6–10 years’ experience in one or more relevant areas such as Organisation Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement/Culture or Talent/Workforce Effectiveness is essential.
* Experience working within FMCG environments or large corporate settings—or consulting backgrounds—is considered a significant advantage due to exposure to complex organisational structures.
* Proven track record in successfully driving company-wide initiatives or transformation projects demonstrates your ability to deliver impactful results at scale.
* Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability enables you to translate vision into practical actions that benefit the organisation holistically.
* Excellent project management skills paired with multi-stakeholder coordination abilities allow you to navigate complex projects involving diverse teams efficiently.
* Strong analytical skills supported by structured thinking make you comfortable working with data sets, dashboards and generating actionable insights for leadership teams.
* Exceptional communication skills coupled with facilitation abilities empower you to engage effectively with all levels of management during programme rollouts or change initiatives.
