This role offers you the chance to work closely with C-level executives, shaping strategies that foster talent, drive leadership excellence, and support meaningful change across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive talent management frameworks that identify high-potential individuals, nurture their skills, and ensure retention through engaging programmes.
  • Design and execute robust succession planning processes, including the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key roles to secure long-term organisational success.
  • Lead the end-to-end management trainee programme by structuring rotational assignments and establishing effective mentorship relationships for emerging leaders.
  • Deliver targeted leadership development initiatives tailored to various levels within the organisation, fostering a supportive environment for growth and collaboration.
  • Establish internship and scholarship schemes aimed at attracting promising young talent while providing them with structured learning experiences.
  • Champion culture transformation projects that align organisational values with strategic objectives, promoting an inclusive and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Guide change management efforts by supporting smooth transitions during periods of transformation and minimising resistance among stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic consultation to business leaders and HR partners on best practices in organisational development aligned with overall business goals.

What you bring:

  • At Least 5 years’ experience in organisational development with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives that have positively impacted people and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of OD principles and methodologies, enabling you to design effective frameworks for talent management, succession planning, and leadership growth.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills combined with polished presentation abilities that allow you to engage audiences at all levels within the organisation.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable you to connect with diverse
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments while managing several projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Thai nationality is required for this position as it involves close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.
