Our client is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Bangkok, reporting to the local MD. This role will be instrumental in shaping the HROD strategies for the organisation, focusing on developing a workforce that can keep pace with organisational growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where their skills and expertise can make a real impact.

What you'll do:

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's Human Resources. You will be responsible for designing and implementing both short-term and long-term HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals. Your role will involve analysing and designing organisational development plans for personnel at all levels, ensuring these plans contribute positively to the overall efficiency and performance of the organisation. Additionally, you will manage selection processes, job placements, employee development initiatives, as well as retention strategies. A key part of your role will also involve managing compensation, welfare, and benefits systems to ensure they are fair, competitive, and aligned with market trends.

  • Design and develop short and long-term human resources strategies for the organisation.
  • Continuously implement plans and provide advice and support to management on HR policies and strategies.
  • Analyse and design organisational development plans and personnel at all levels using various tools that affect efficiency and performance of the organisation.
  • Prepare and analyse human resource requirements of the organisation according to annual manpower planning.
  • Manage selection, job placement, development, and employee retention of the organisation.
  • Manage compensation, welfare, and benefits systems to be fair, competitive, and in line with market trends.
  • Develop organisational commitment at policy level for all employees.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HRBP HRM OD HRD Training with at least 10 years under their belt. They possess strong responsibility traits and demonstrate flexibility within a team setting.   • At 10 years experience in HRBP HRM OD HRD Training in real estate, retails, property management or related field.
  • Strong responsibility and flexibility within a team.
  • Excellent leadership skills with positive attitude.
  • Ability to motivate and drive organisational activities.
  • Commitment to achieving full potential in job performance.
  • Good decision-making skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs: Ms Office, Outlook, E-mail, Power Point.
  • Thai Nationality
