Our client is seeking a highly skilled Talent & Organisational Development Manager to join their team. You will be instrumental in driving organisational development programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. What you'll do:

As a Talent & Organisational Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will design organisational development programs that foster a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Your leadership in talent management efforts will be crucial in succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to drive and bring the OD program for go live.
  • Design and implement organisational development programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Lead talent management efforts including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective training and development initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Talent & Organisational Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR management within Food industry. You have demonstrated expertise in organisational development, talent management, and HR strategy development. Your strong understanding of employment laws and regulations ensures compliance across all HR practices. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to effectively manage relationships at all levels within the organisation. Your strong analytical abilities allow you to identify trends and develop effective HR solutions. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role.

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, talent management, and HR strategy development in Food or Manufacturing sizing 1,000 ppl++
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Food / FMCG is preferable
  • Thai Nationality
