What you'll do:

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's business. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance on all human resources matters. Your expertise in organisational development and HRBP will enable you to develop effective strategies that support business growth. Leading a team of HR professionals, you will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Your ability to identify challenges within the organisation and propose effective solutions will be key to your success in this role.

  • Act as a partner and advisor for the CEO, providing strategic guidance on human resources matters
  • Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Lead organisational development initiatives to drive business growth
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Identify challenges within the organisation and propose effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Chief Human Resources Officer position brings a wealth of experience from their time spent at managerial level within Human Resources. Your strong skills in Organisational Development and HRBP will be essential for this role. As a leader, your ability to guide teams, coupled with your capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment, will set you apart. Your flexibility and adaptability are key traits that will help you succeed in this role. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be highly advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at Manager level within Human Resources
  • Proven expertise in Organisational Development and HRBP
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese or Korean is highly desirable
  • Thai Nationality
