Senior L&OD Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior L&OD Manager to join their team in Samutprakarn. The opportunity to shape the future of a thriving organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of four, with a focus on L&OD (80%) and recruitment (20%). Key responsibilities include revamp recruitment strategy, designing training road maps, setting up criteria for talent and succession programs, building culture, and driving employee engagement.

What you'll do:

As a Senior L&OD Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning the company's objectives with key performance indicators. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing strategic plans for leadership development, formulating plans for successor development, and creating strategies to retain key personnel. You will manage manpower in line with business needs, promote organisational culture, and enhance both internal and external image. Your role will also involve establishing fair and developmental performance evaluations, developing HR Business Partner strategies for recruitment and development, as well as supporting integrated problem-solving across departments.

  • Align KPIs with company objectives and monitor results
  • Develop strategic plans for leadership development
  • Formulate plans for successor development and career advancement

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior L&OD Manager position brings extensive experience from an OEM manufacturing environment of over 1,000 employees. You possess strong skills in Learning & Development and HR Business Partnering. Your ability to set up a comprehensive training roadmap encompassing talent management & succession plan sets you apart. Proficiency in English communication is essential for this role. Your proven leadership skills, flexibility, adaptability, and hands-on approach to problem-solving will be key to your success.

  • Experience in manufacturing sizing 1,000 people ++ ,OEM is preferable
  • Strong skills in Learning & ODand HR Business Partnering
  • Ability to set up training roadmap including talent management & succession plan
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good Command in English
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Thai Nationality due to based in Thailand
