Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD) Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. You will be instrumental in designing organisational development programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

What you'll do:

As the HROD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that are in line with the business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will also design organisational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead talent management efforts including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Work closely with the Head of COE to drive the OD program for go live.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Design and implement organisational development programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Lead talent management efforts including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective training and development initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HROD Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the real estate industry. You have proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Your background includes demonstrated experience in organisational development, talent management, and HR strategy development. You possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to effectively communicate across all levels within the organisation. Your strong analytical abilities will be crucial in developing solutions, programs, and policies based on trends and metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, talent management, and HR strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
