Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Management and Organisational Development Specialist to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:
As a Talent Management and Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cultural programs that foster engagement among employees. Your role will also involve managing various internal engagement surveys to ensure organisation health. You will champion new employee engagement programs, including the planning and management of new employee onboarding. Additionally, you will develop content for internal publications and events to engage our employees effectively. Supporting HR core processes will also be a key part of your role.
- Design, plan, implement, and assess cultural programs to continuously improve engagement among employees
- Support change management initiatives and execute Culture & Engagement strategies
- Manage Organisation Health Survey and other internal engagement surveys implementation
- Champion new employee engagement programs including planning & management of new employee onboarding
- Develop content and execute internal publications & events such as newsletters, releases, email announcements
- Support HR core processes including performance management, career conversation, and other core processes
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Talent Management and Organisational Development Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in talent management, organisational development, culture & engagement or learning & development roles. She possesses strong process and project management skills with an ability to multitask effectively. Her excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Thai enable her to connect with diverse stakeholders. She has proven experience in developing, planning, delivering engagement and communication plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields from an accredited university
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, OD, Culture & Engagement or Learning & Development roles
- Strong process and project management orientation with ability to multitask
- Ability to facilitate sessions when required
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Thai
- Experience of developing, planning, delivering engagement and communication plans
