What you'll do:

As an Assistant Human Resources Manager focusing on Strategy and Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of organisational development projects, managing employee relations, participating in talent management processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
