The successful candidate will focus on Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning, playing a crucial part in shaping the future of the organisation.

As an Assistant Talent Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our talented workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organisational goals. Your work will involve overseeing performance management processes, designing succession plans, and collaborating closely with Learning & Development teams. You'll also use your analytical skills to interpret talent data and inform decision-making. This role requires a hands-on approach, providing direct support to managers and employees on all things related to talent management.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
  • Design and manage succession planning activities within the organisation mainly focusing leadership program
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to align talent management with training initiatives
  • Analyse talent data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Provide hands-on support to managers and employees regarding talent management issues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Talent Management Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing talent within large-scale organisations. You have a deep understanding of Performance Management processes and have previously designed and implemented Succession Plans. Your ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation will be key to your success in this role. Furthermore, your strong analytic skills will enable you to interpret talent data effectively, informing strategic decisions. A hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.

  • Proven experience in Talent Management within a large-scale organisation
  • Strong understanding of Performance Management processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing Succession Plans
  • Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret talent data
  • Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Thai Nationality due to Thai local company
