Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee and design process improvements, supporting human resources functions within their organisation. This role offers an opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will be instrumental in revamping and designing performance management systems, transforming culture, driving performance, and advising key stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner for the ASEAN region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational development strategies that align with the company's vision. Your expertise will be crucial in revamping existing performance management systems, ensuring they are aligned with the headquarter's policies in Thailand. You will also have the opportunity to transform the organisational culture, driving performance to stay current with industry trends. Acting as an advisor for key stakeholders, your insights will help solve day-to-day issues and guide strategic decisions. Your role will also involve coordinating with other HRBPs across the ASEAN region to ensure policy alignment.

  • Design and implement organisational development strategies
  • Revamp and design performance management systems aligning with the headquarter's policies
  • Transform organisational culture and drive performance to stay up-to-date
  • Act as an advisor for Managing Director and Head of HR to solve day-to-day issues
  • Drive the performance of each division to achieve the organisation's targets
  • Coordinate with other HRBPs in the ASEAN region to align policies
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience from previous HRBP roles, particularly in areas of organisation development and Compensation & Benefits. With at least 10 years of experience under your belt, you possess an in-depth understanding of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills enable you to effectively advise key stakeholders and drive organisational performance. You are a problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities, able to navigate complex situations with ease. Proficiency in English and willingness to work across the ASEAN region are also essential for this role.

  • Thai Nationality due to local company requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRBP roles, including organisation development and Compensation & Benefits
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Willingness to work across the ASEAN region
