Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits) to lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies. This role ensures the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits), you will be at the forefront of developing pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies. You will ensure these strategies align with the company's strategic objectives while maintaining legal compliance. Your role will involve leading on data analytic using HRIS Tools like Success-Factors. You will also supervise HR personnel while contributing to business strategy by helping leaders identify organisational capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in planning budgeting and people cost in the organisation.

  • Provide expert advice to leadership on annual remuneration processes ensuring fairness and equity in line with the reward strategy
  • Maintain oversight of pension and payroll operation ensuring reward and benefits policies are competitive
  • Lead on data analytic using HRIS Tools including SuccessFactors
  • Take charge on employee services acting as a contact point with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel providing guidance
  • Contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritise, build organisation capabilities, behaviours, structure, process
  • Plan budgeting, people cost in the organisation supporting line managers in forecasting their headcount requirement
  • Use data analytics to measure effectiveness of tools, policies for future improvement
  • Participate as committee member investigating workplace complaints such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation
  • Lead organization development designing workshops matching with strategic approach

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits) role will bring a wealth of experience in leading HR teams with a focus on Compensation & Benefits. You will have strong knowledge of HRIS Tools including SuccessFactors and be able to provide expert advice on remuneration processes. Your experience in planning budgeting and people cost in an organisation will be invaluable, as will your skills in data analytics. Your ability to handle workplace complaints and contribute to business strategy will set you apart.

  • Experiences in HR Management with professional in Total Reward
  • Experience in planning budgeting, people cost in an organization
  • Strong skills in data analytics for measuring effectiveness of tools, policies
  • Experiences in OD is preferrable
  • Proven ability to contribute to business strategy by helping leaders identify organizational capabilities
  • Experience in leading organization development and designing workshops
  • Mature, Hands-on and pro-active
  • Thai Nationality due to local based
