What you'll do:

As a Senior Organisational Development and Talent Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of our organisation. Your expertise in designing leadership development frameworks will ensure our leaders are equipped with the skills necessary to drive business success on a global stage. You will also be instrumental in developing our talent and succession policies, ensuring we have a robust pipeline of talent ready to step up when needed. Your role will also involve developing our Company Scholarship Program, benchmarking against top companies to ensure we offer best practice opportunities. Lastly, your ability to provide expert consultation to HR Business Partners will ensure our processes are executed according to guidelines.
