What you'll do:


As a Learning and Development Manager based in Bangkok, you will be responsible for driving impactful learning experiences throughout the organisation. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various departments to assess training needs, developing innovative solutions for staff development, and ensuring all personnel receive regular coaching and support.

  • Develop comprehensive annual training plans that align with organisational objectives and manage the associated training budget to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Assist department managers in creating, organising, and delivering effective training programmes tailored to their teams’ specific needs.
  • Conduct engaging general orientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture and operational standards.
  • Lead Train the Trainer programmes for the Operations Management Team, equipping leaders with the skills needed to mentor others effectively.
  • Organise supervisory and management development programmes designed to enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coordinate with external training providers to bring in specialised resources that complement internal learning initiatives.
  • Design and implement cross-training programmes that promote versatility and knowledge sharing among staff members.
  • Support HR and Operations departments in rolling out all HR development programmes, ensuring alignment with broader organisational strategies.
  • Complete detailed monthly training reports that track progress, highlight achievements, and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Recognise high-quality products and presentation standards while checking and improving service benchmarks established by the company.


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Learning and Development Manager position will bring extensive experience in designing impactful learning solutions within complex organisations. Your background should include several years spent supporting staff at different stages of their careers.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience working within learning and development or related fields where you have demonstrated your ability to nurture talent across diverse teams.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or supervisory roles where you have supported staff growth through effective coaching techniques.
  • Operations knowledge or hands-on experience is highly desirable as it enables you to understand business processes from multiple perspectives.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing training programmes suitable for all levels of staff within an organisation.
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills that allow you to build trustful relationships with colleagues at every level of seniority.
  • Proficiency in English language communication as well as strong computer literacy skills required for managing digital learning platforms.
